Quick to get an appointment. Everyone is very helpful. They determined the cause of the problem and were able to fix it the same day so that I didn't need to return.

From the moment we entered the dealership until we left driving our new vehicle was a 5 Star experience. Every employee we met and dealt with was polite, informativel, professional which made our new purchase absolutely seamless from our Salesman to the Finance manager and everyone in between. The dealership is spotless and well maintained inside and out. We had a great selection to choose from and the trade in we received made buying our new car much easier. It was by far the easiest and quickest experience we have ever had buying a new car. They will work with you and give you the best experience in buying your car. Fred Timbrook operates only FIRST CLASS dealerships and we highly recommend doing business with him.

Service performed was done on time and quickly completed - no complaints there. The only issue was I was not able to use GM card points to pay for the service. Card rules are confusing and Timbrook service rep tried to help and recommended I contact card representative. I did make the contact and phone rep only confused the matter more. I do not understand why I need to "join" a rewards program when I already have a GM card that I have used many times to purchase new vehicles. I have tried to log into rewards web site which says I do not have an account yet there rep says I have points and gave me a member number. I recognize this is a GM issue and not a Timbrook problem, I am hoping Timbrook will elevate this issue - I am pretty sure I am not the only customer that has run into this confusing mess.

Derek was easy to work with very competent and knowledgeable. He located the exact blazer that we were looking for and secured it and traded with another dealership in 1 day. He was excellent when it came in and provided outstanding information regarding any changes from our 2020 blazer to the new 2025 blazer. I intend to purchase another blazer in 2030 hopefully back to Red Hot and I will definitely be contacting Derek!!!

Paint touch up...hatch was set too high and hit garage door...adjusted the hatch level and scheduled for touch up on hatch lid. The touch up job was excellent. Very pleased.

It is still making a noise and we have another appointment scheduled for Tuesday

Very Happy with the service I received. The service tech. noticed that one tire was a little low and found a small nail and repaired my tire. I had previously taken my car to two separate tire shops and both said it was a loose valve core.

The desk personnel are always polite and courteous. The break room always has fresh coffee available and is very clean. The manager made an appearance and spoke to individuals inside the waiting area. It’s always a professional atmosphere there.
