Very Happy with the service I received. The service tech. noticed that one tire was a little low and found a small nail and repaired my tire. I had previously taken my car to two separate tire shops and both said it was a loose valve core.

As always I am treated professionaly and kind. Kevin Dent sold me my first new truck in 2016 and always asks how I like the ride. The ladies at the service desk are great. The technicians are presise, and neat. They also answr any questions I have about my Chevy. Thank all of you!

Paint touch up...hatch was set too high and hit garage door...adjusted the hatch level and scheduled for touch up on hatch lid. The touch up job was excellent. Very pleased.

Had a new heater blower motor installed under warranty to fix a squeal/whistling noise. It didn’t fix the problem. This truck has had several issues from the start.

Due to faulty speakers in my Trax, they replaced the front speakers. They also replaced the lost keyhole cover on the driver's outside door handle. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took about an hour to do this. The lady that waited on me at the service desk was very nice.

I took my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado in for service under the factory powertrain warranty due to a shudder during low gear and low rims. I had informed the dealership I bought the vehicle from for the issue. I had also mentioned to them about hearing a noise that they told me it was the idler pulley and I also had an oil leak from my oil pan gasket. I agreed to have the repairs made. The service was completed on April 23rd and 24th. I was called on the 24th and was told the service was completed. I picked up my truck that afternoon and once I got the vehicle home I noticed I was still hearing a noise under the hood from the engine compartment. I drove the truck to work on Monday and Tuesday 10 miles each way. The noise had seemed to be more frequent so when I got home on Tuesday April 28th I called the dealership to inform them I needed to bring the truck back to have it checked. They told me to bring it back in the following day. Upon driving to the dealership on April 29th the serpentine belt popped off and caused several lights to appear on the dash. I had to pull over once I realized what was happening and have to truck towed to the dealership. Once i arrived at the dealership a mechanic came out to look over the truck and informed me the water pump was locked up. This apparently was the initial noise I was hearing when I took the truck in for the initial service. Due to this issue im afraid of it causing more damage to the engine and potentially leaving me with an unreliable vehicle once this service will be completed. My factory power train warranty also ran out on the day I picked the vehicle up from the dealership. Due to the weekend following me picking the vehicle up and only driving it a few miles I am hoping Chevrolet will make this issue right and resolve this problem under my factory warranty. The truck currently has 51,000 on the 60,000 mile warranty. I love this truck and am very worried about not getting the correct service completed. What I will say about the dealership as far as the treatment they have given me i cannot complain. They have got me a vehicle to drive in the mean time but it is a 10 year old car that was filthy inside and I am also used to driving a truck. However im happy they have tried to help me and make this problem correct. I am very concerned about getting correct mechanical work due to the misdiagnosis of the initial problem and then getting stranded in my truck that should be very reliable. With all of that being said I am otherwise satisfied with the attempt to correct my problem. Please feel free to call me with any further questions 301-697-5355. Brian Shoemaker
